A third of the apples from my tree, some left on it to ripen. Eating apples but cook well,as they're eating rather than cooking apples, they're sweet no extra sugar needed.Made crumble with 4 windfall peeled+some too firm/sharp shop bought fruit,1 pear peeled,1 nectarine+2 plums.

Bought a painting from a charity shop. The frame was peeling and I wasn't keen on the colour, grey undercoat spray paint bled inside the painting I'll get my paints and touch those areas up, but top coat black didn't bleed and I love it! The colours of the painting really pop.

Need lots of ribbon flowers for my coat. It's not got a lining so I'm not doing ribbon embroidery but making flowers then sewing on. At least that was plan. Tried following an 'easy ribbon flower tutorial',failed. Don't want to use hot glue so thought threading would be perfect.

Inspired by a delicious soup a friend and I had at a local cafe, today I made sweet potato, carrot and chilli soup (with garlic, onion, spinach and stock). I just chopped and chucked and it's delicious.

A couple of paint-your-own watercolour cards from Aldi Stores UK bought a few years back. Did these yesterday. My wide brush loses bristles every stroke do so I waited until paint was dry before rubbing them off. #watercolour

Never made the bird before, decided to use some mohair to make it look fluffy! 1 thread of embroidery yarn for the beak. It's taken me most of the day!I'd gone squiffy in a couple of places, wasn't confident but, trust the process! From 'crocheted wreaths & garlands'Kate Eastwood
