Follyyyy Austine This just isn’t true. If you don’t teach a kids what they should or shouldn’t eat, they are gonna end up with horrible eating habits and little discipline when it comes to food. Kids literally need fruits and veggies to grow properly, it’s okay to force it a little

This! I know too many! Sorry but over here we’re encouraging eating.. try, taste, 1 spoon, talking about the benefits etc. if it was up to my kids they would live off cheese & fruit. Especially as girls, this impacts puberty/ menstruation in a big way!
