Bringing the outside in! In the well-being centre today we have been learning about the benefits of biophilia on our overall well-being. The children will care for their own plants throughout the year. If something is nurtured it will truly thrive 😀 Trauma Informed Schools UK
Our children absolutely love their hair well-being sessions. Here’s our one little girls learning to plait in the hope of being able to move onto braids. A huge thank you to the amazing Ken Picton Salon for the very kind donation. “Children are the future”. Lansdowne Primary
The wellbeing room is in need of some pine cones and conkers if any of you are out exploring this weekend. Plus if anyone has any fidget/sensory toys you do not want, we would be grateful. Lansdowne Primary
Our mindful focus in wellbeing this month is Zentangles. Zentangle combines simple drawing techniques with meditative therapy. The basic principle is for you to relax and create while being mindful of your breath. Lansdowne Primary
