We used CODA to digitally register thousands of serial H&E sections and to track microscopic PanIN lesions using a deep learning segmentation algorithm.

I’m beyond excited to share work from my PhD, co-led with Alicia Braxton, out today in Nature! We used CODA to map the anatomic and genomic properties of pancreatic cancer precursors. Led by the amazing Laura DeLong Wood and Denis Wirtz !

A sad day for the Cytopathology world, especially for the Turkish Pathology community. The truly greatest of our time, Dr. Yener Şahir Erozan passed away earlier this morning. A legendary mentor to many of us, he contributed immeasurably during his 45 yr career at Johns Hopkins.
