This week sees the return of the Aintree Racecourse Grand National & our St John Ambulance England St John Ambulance Merseyside St John Ambulance Merseyside Events Team planning is complete! Over 300 volunteers in action over 3 days looking after the punters and jockeys alongside North West Ambulance Service Doing a little sun dance just in case!
