Travel shouldn’t be this huge make or break tradeoff. If income solid & can stay in nice work-enabling places it’s a no brainer. if not then u need to adjust risk perspective or increase funds first, only 2/3yrs of combined travelling is enough to satiate most for decades.

The goal is to be unknown to everyone who u can’t directly serve (99% of people) and known to only the ones u can & respect you. accumulating impressions for the sake of it & acquiring haters is testoment to bad positioning ie how many ‘haters’ does sam ovens have? not many

Focusing on craft and cashflow while staying cash liquid is always in style- everyone who has been zero’d out after previously having abundance knows. nothing more foundational actually. everything else is temporary.

Hiring diversification across timezone & religion while staggering shifts from night & day is the underrated output strat for getting shit actioned at any given time- someone’s always on rotation ready. operation running 247 weeekends + holidays no exception.

I work 40x capacity when i’m on a win streak. not ideal but grateful i’m aware of it- always action regardless but producing max output in slow periods is much harder for me in contrast. whn shit is going well taking foot off gas is not even a thought my mind can process.
