Shocked and saddened by the horrific terror attack outside Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue on Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the Jewish year. My thoughts are with the victims, their families, friends and with our Jewish community in Manchester and across the country.

This Remembrance Sunday, we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice. We must never forget them — nor can we forget the veterans and serving personnel who continue to protect our freedom.

This is appalling. Why didn’t Piccadilly’s Labour councillors stop this from happening!? Yet another example of Manchester Labour kowtowing to businesses and developers – overwriting the city’s rich history and stories, and forcing out the very people who make it what it is.
