Anything that contradicts the Bible, or suggests that Jesus is not God is misinformation. 1 John 2:22-23 Those who cling to that falsehood are not qualified to dictate what is "truth" to everyone else, just as God Himself does not force them to believe what is actually Truth.

God tells His children to obey Him even in the face of certain death...yet some are still out of church, cowering in the face of almost certain survival.

Every builder knows that projects are often more expensive than their original estimate, due to unforeseen circumstances. If you count the cost of following Christ, and its EVERYTHING, you'll never run into cost overruns that could put a halt to the project.

God never has an opportunity to show Himself strong on your behalf if you surrender or cave in the face of insurmountable odds or invincible enemies. Stand your ground, obey God, stop calculating the odds of victory or defeat, and see the power of God.

David used a sling to kill Goliath, because he hadn't yet proved the sword. But, David ultimately learned to use a sword to fight the Lord's battles. God can use your slingshot, but He wants you to strive for the mastery in whatever He gives you to do.

Fear is not necessarily a lack of faith, but disobedience always is.

Ancient battles always began with the combatants trying to convince each other that their weapons were real...sometimes they never even got around to fighting. That must be true, right? Surely you can't use a sword without first convincing someone of its existence and lethality

The Everlasting Father never became a Father, or His Fatherhood wouldn't be everlasting. Jesus is the Eternal Son of God, God Himself, and God with us.

Spiritual "Growth" never results in greater conformity to the world. If you're resembling the world more and more, that's not because of grace, that's called worldliness. Those who label their increasing lack of separation "Sanctification" are doing violence to the Word of God.

How do you show your faith that the Word of God is quick and powerful? That it has the answer to all of life's problems? Invest time reading it, studying it, memorizing it, meditating on it.

You know what the disciples realized after spending 3 years living with, speaking with, and learning from Jesus, the Word of God? They needed to spend more time in prayer, and more time in the Word. Acts 6:4 If you want a hunger for the Word, spend more time in the Word

If your Twitter feed has become the seat of the scornful, its time to stop sitting there.

Remember the last time you saw a news report about a Christian or Preacher staying faithful, staying blameless, and staying by the stuff?

Think about this: if Jesus is not God, our salvation would be cheap. It costs God nothing to create: He speaks all things into existence. Sacrificing what cost Him nothing could not pay the price for our hideous sin. The only price God could pay to redeem us was Himself.

Guilt ceases to be useful once it produces confession and repentance. God isn't interested in us "making up" or "paying" for our sins---He wants mercy, not sacrifice. Sorrow becomes a sin once it causes you to remove yourself from God's service.

Anything that wakes you up to your dependence on God is ultimately a blessing.

Jesus stands outside the door whenever we think we have need of nothing. Our goal as Christians and churches should not be independence. Instead, it ought to be a realization of our desperate need that drives us to and keeps us on our knees in total dependence on Christ.

You can’t say you have faith that the Bible is supernatural if everything else in your life takes priority over investing time in the Word.

If God's Word needs to change with the language, why did God never update the Hebrew bible as Hebrew evolved over thousands of years?
