Really enjoyed listening to Hannah MacInnes in conversation with Philip Pullman for Waterstones and Blackwell's about The Rose Field. Especially loved hearing him speak about the importance of reading and memorising poetry, and the influence of the Romantic poets on his work.
Ok, so supernatural is anything beyond the realm of science TopTweetTuesday , so I’m stretching here, Matthew M C Smith , not at all Halloweeny, but here is Driving a Pale Rain… 🦊
Missed my TTT fam! Resurfacing after ages for this week’s paranormal brief (all rules ✅ 😇). The poem is inspired by the Ourimbah forest—a place I often drive through. Peaceful yet haunting after dark. Thank u to wonderful host Matthew M C Smith TopTweetTuesday (Art by me 🎨🖌️)
