Pray for this man’s son

Please pray for victims and families from my parish - 9 students were transported to hospitals after a vehicle struck them this afternoon after school let out. Extent of injuries is unknown, driver of the vehicle is cooperating and it isn't thought to have been intentional.

Thank you for all your prayers. An email update was sent out this afternoon: "we are grateful that our students are expected to heal." That's such good news and I'm thankful for all of you who joined in prayer!

I know not a lot of people see my posts, but any and all prayers are appreciated. I was told by my oncologist that in her estimation I have about 14 months left. God has the final say, but it still shook me up. I’m still trying to process it all.

The marathon Mass debate is just further evidence that we should ban marathons. They cause unnecessary drama. And while we are at it, outlaw running altogether.
