⠀ lifting a hand, he shook his head with a grin. his eyes still scanning over the ingredients of the different drinks. "no, next thing I know you will call me old." ⠀

⠀ as he realised, that she was waking up, was he pulling his hand away immediately. brows arching a bit before he shook his head. "oh, no. I'm sorry. I just wanted to check if you are okay." ⠀

⠀ a smile took over his features. this could happen to anyone. he had been close to falling asleep in random places more than once too. so, he didn't judge. "no worries, I am glad it's nothing serious──" his eyes lowered to the laptop for a moment. "a lot of work to do?" ⠀

⠀ darren nodded at that, his gaze had found back to the blonde woman. "I get that. I do hope the coffee will help on the tiredness." he had come over to check on her, now that it was done, he should head back to his own table, right? ⠀

⠀ the cinematographer snorted at that, she was not lacking confidence, that was for sure. eventually, he had decided on a cocktail and therefore put the menu down. his gaze drifting to where she touched him instead. he hesitated. "I thought we were clear about that." ⠀
