We have been visited by Gary Rapson, the author of The Adventures of Captain Lantus. He read his book to us and told us his inspirational story of him and his son, Max. He has kindly gifted us with a copy of Captain Lantus 1 and 2 for our school library! Thank you The Adventures Of Captain Lantus

Lots of Winter fun in Early Years! ❄️🎿☃️ Reception have been exploring Arctic Animals and habitats as well as the changing seasons. 🐧🐻‍❄ We’ve also got a lovely tea shop set up to warm up from those cold days and a new fine motor area to keep those tricky fingers busy. 🖐

Some of the children at Churchfield CE Primary Academy have made this wonderful bouquet of paper flowers in our Nurture Room to celebrate #HelloYellow and #WorldMentalHealthDay It's been great to see all the children and staff dressed in yellow too.
