All terrorism is coming from Pakistan- Congress used to say so, BJP is also saying so. Then why hasn’t GoI declared Pakistan as a Terrorist State? Why hasn’t there been a resolution of Parliament of India to the same effect? Y can’t we say Pakistan is a Genocidal terrorist State?
