Russia appears to be sending some sort of threat to Ukraine, setting fire to a part of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in occupied Nikopol, says Zelensky. It comes as Ukraine pursues its incursion into the Kursk region and Russian forces struggle to respond.
