For young people in this study, this better bridge will be achieved by: 1) increasing access to the full continuum of opioid treatments/services, 2) responding to their holistic and individual needs, 3) empowering them to be part of the treatment planning process.

With that goal in mind, the 'Improving Treatment Together' project has just released “Step by step – A youth informed guide to opioid agonist treatment" to improve young people's experiences and outcomes in this treatment.
