Boston Police Dept. hi I tried this before—I lost my wedding ring in the North End and want to make a police report in case it turns up. How do I go about it? Many thanks!

“We did not know where we were, on heaven or on earth.” Russian Ambassadors (987), in a report to Prince Vladimir of Kiev. One of the most fascinating tales of the early Middle Ages, which changed the course of #history - a thread🧵

When asked about historians who had pointed out the (much less serious) errors visible in the trailer, Ridley Scott said: "get a life." Fair enough. He's an artist, not a historian. But a lot of people don't get this. They will think this is the real history, and that's a shame.

Giving thanks to The Wiggles for all the music. This year I couldn't stop listening to Row, Row, Row Your Boat. #SpotifyWrapped open.spotify.com/artist/2JY5qzE…

It’s so disappointing to see our mainstream media colluding in nasty, mean-spirited, toxic culture wars engendered by the right and far right.

Just so I’m fully understanding. If Apple makes an iPhone in India to sell in New York, it gets a 25% penalty charged. But if Samsung makes a Galaxy in South Korea to sell in New York, it gets a 10% penalty charged? So we’re giving a 15% price advantage to foreign companies?
