I started running again this week with my son. Walk 4min/Run 1min. It’s hard to believe I ever ran 5 marathons, 6 HM, numerous 10km, and countless 5km. It’s hard. I’m trying to focus on ‘I did it once. I can do it again’. I always go back to how I began running with Running Room
