Set myself a hard but achievable goal in 2022 to do 50,000 press-ups. Beat that yesterday. 💪🏼. 2023 goals: 1. Learn to bake my own bread (doable) 2. 30,000 sit ups (feasible) 3. Run/cycle 1000km (unlikely) 4. Improve my flexibility, and learn to do the splits (impossible 😂)
