Delete numbers out of your phone, detox your timeline, do what needs to be done so you can save yourself. Don’t be afraid to hit that unfollow button and detach yourself from anyone who lowers your vibration.

That guy or girl you keep thinking about who treated you so badly is holding you back. Forgiveness doesn’t always mean you accept what they done or how they treated you, but sometimes it’s necessary for your own inner peace and healing, so that you can move on with your life.

If they want to talk to you, they will. if they want to be with you, they will. If they want to make things work, they will. Don’t let things be one-sided. It’s not healthy and it’s not fair on you.

If someone is hating you for being who you are, then know that this is an issue within them and is nothing to do with you. People who are truly happy within themselves only want to spread goodness and love.

Do not allow the negative energy they are trying to project on to you become yours. Protect yourself. Send that energy back to them as it’s not yours to own. Pray that they find peace within themselves and that they are reminded of how important it is to be kind to others.
