Driver earns 300k per month. Penalty is 600k. Insensitive policy. Few working people pay taxes. Penalty focuses on them. Poor revenue policy. Technology on poor roads. Poor context analysis. We want good drivers yet we have poor driving schools. Solution: Urgent policy review.
