Oooh God! Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Ltd must up its game 4 citizens to gain trust in public agencies. Since Umeme Limited takeover, power only beeps for a few minutes. In Bukedea blame is on poles falling due to rain but today no rain no power still. I dont know whether other places have same problem.
