These Tarahumara people are practically superhuman! There are accounts of a Tarahumara individuals running 300-400 miles in one run. Their culture is astonishing—corruption, heart disease, or wife-beating is non-existent.

2 million years ago, the human brain grew exponentially. This is because we were eating meat and our calorie intake grew. Though they somehow hunted animals without the use of tools. We would chase our prey for hours until they would die from exhaustion.
