Due to rona season, my lack of space and equipment, and repetitive workouts, I have slacked so hard when it comes to working out. So, I have turned to social media accountability and Bearcat Strength & Conditioning so that i can stop being a loser.
Today’s workout: .5 mile jog 5 x 20 pushups 3, 50 yard hill sprints 4 x 25 random core workout 4, 50 yard hill sprints 4 25 random leg workout 3, 50 yard hill sprints .5 mile jog Bearcat Strength & Conditioning
3 mile 35lb ruck run. This is my new benchmark exercise to improve for the time being. Bearcat Strength & Conditioning
