I called American baggage in Newark and got the name and phone number of the local courier. Turns out that #wheresmysuitcase is just the app. The actual delivery service is another party. The bag is allegedly going to be here today. I'm tracking it to see.

OMG the bag arrived! Never have I been so happy to see my stuff. Nothing costs a ton. But a lot of the things I wear, especially accessories and jewelry, carry emotional memories.
