Why do so many wader scrapes perform poorly? The problem is often a stable water regime. The key to managing scrapes is to build high invertebrate biomass & then to make it available to birds within dynamically managed shallow water regime with bare/sparsely vegetated mud. 1/4

It's baffling – sacrificing our landscapes, tarnishing the environment, all to optimise conditions for red grouse so people can blast them out of the sky for fun. This isn't the world we want to live in. RT and follow us if you agree!

John Lennon was born today. He was murdered by a wanker with a gun. Wankers with guns think they rule the world, but they don’t. I can’t even remember the name of the wanker that shot him,but as long as human beings sing, dance & make music, John Lennon will never be forgotten

"There were two people who stirred a kind of emotion in me like no others: Martin Luther King Jr. and John Lennon. For years after Lennon was killed I could not hear #Imagine without crying, because I could feel his soul in that song. I knew he would be the Beatle that would

It's been a chilly but glorious day here today and tomorrow is looking like it may be the same. With the weekend looking like it may be a bit more rainy, tomorrow's the perfect time to come and add a few more sightings before the end of the year.

Thought Spurs did really well today to get a plucky draw at home against in form Wolves. I’ve every faith that the team will stay up this season. In Daniel Levy we trust.
