At today’s Board of Health meeting, Dr de Villa confirmed that only 23% of COVID tests are being reported by labs to TPH to trigger contact tracing within 24 hours. Only 55% within 48 hours. Until we solve this system wide issue, we cannot effectively conduct contact tracing.

Here's the thing about the mandatory indoor mask use debate. Like everything else with COVID-19, we're just delaying the inevitable. Cases will rise, either soon or in the fall/winter, and then we'll scramble to implement a policy to try to mitigate it. 1/
