Today, I met with Mr. Ren Shengjun, the President of China EXIM Bank and his senior management team in Beijing, China. We discussed ongoing ICT programmes in Uganda supported by the bank and our future relations. Uganda has enjoyed a cordial relationship with China since 1962.
