Reading Mariana Mazzucato’s The Entrepreneurial State (2013) and it’s as relevant now as it was ten years ago. Would love to read a stand-alone chapter on mRNA technologies and gov role in development of Covid vaccine (although the long run benefits are ofc still playing out)
