At supermarket - saw a man verbally abusing a cashier. Asked him to stop. He swears at me, says she’s being paid to work there and has to put up with what the customer says. It went on for a while.

We all repeatedly asked her to stop, I didn't need help - I had my PA. This was met with verbal abuse and her telling me that I should wear a top that read 'I don't want help'.

On the tube today with my PA and Dr Amy Kavanagh (after TUAG had incorrectly told us a stop was step-free but turned out to have a massive step) a woman repeatedly pushed me (to 'help'), which would have been VERY dangerous if I didn't have my PA.
