Monday morning and I’ve had a bit of a mental wobble 😔

Now been doing CrossFit for about 4 weeks so far and I’m really enjoying it. I’m even starting to notice a change in my body. Things are getting leaner and tighter. I just need to keep going with it and get my nutrition spot on. It’s been great for my mental health too 😁

After watching The Overlap this week with Paul Scholes (childhood hero) it really did hit home and hard that he has the same worries as me being a parent to a child who has Autism. I worry who is going to look after my boy when I’m not here.

All faith I had in Amorim had gone a couple of months ago. Time is up as far as am concerned. Nothing has improved in the last 12 months. Any time we take the slightest of step forward we take 3 back.

I loved Ole but losing that final cost him a bit of good will with some of the fan base and the board. The most enjoyable time watching United was under Ole.

They spent all week trying to tell us they'd beat 2008 Manchester United and couldn't even beat 2026 Manchester United. 😭

I would argue for a period of about 5-6 years, he was THE player that kids wanted to emulate when they grew up. Adults now still scream “ROONEYYYY!” when they ping a volley over the park.
