I am reading a lot about the health benefits of #CBD of late, and ahead of a second national lockdown I am heading to Beleaf on #Chiswick High Rd this afternoon, to have a nose around and perhaps buy some of their wares. It is important to be open minded towards new things. #W4

I visited Beleaf on the High Rd and purchased some CBD gummies and a CBD vaping device, which I look forward to trying this evening. Now I will head to Sainsbury's to get a jar of anchovies, some of which I will put on my oven pizza that I am having for my dinner. #W4 #Chiswick

Hard to think of a political decision in recent history where there was so obviously a right and wrong choice. Racism, sexism, nepotism, corruption, fraud, pro-violence, pro-sexual violence, anti-science, anti-democracy & responsibility for 100,000s of deaths. Or the other guy.

I have just heard on the LBC traffic report that there are long delays on #Chiswick High Rd towards Heathfield Terrace, due to a traffic light failure. The traffic on the High Rd these days is becoming more and more of a problem. I observe local tempers are becoming frayed. #W4

I was in the #local Sainsbury's on the High Rd this morning. As I arrived, a tall man was furiously agitating at the store staff, making threats and shouting, 'You're a dickhead bruv!' After leaving, he returned like a little sissy man asking if he'd left his bag in the shop. #W4
