現代美術家/写真家。重度のアトピー 性皮膚炎/円錐角膜持ち。病気や悩み等で一歩を踏み出せない人達へ、少しでも前へ進めるよう作品を通して展開中。アーティスト名の"知恩"は亡くなった母の法名から頂き命名。2020年8月2日 金沢21世紀美術館での大型個展「浦辺 知恩 アート展@2020 金沢21世紀美術館」無事閉幕。
