Hon'ble LG, UT of J&K inaugurated 'The Shina Cultural Centre' (SCC) in #Gurez valley today. The event was also graced by the #ArmyCdr_NC. SCC has been established by #IndianArmy to cherish, preserve and promote the distinct Dard - Shina Cultural identity & language. Dawar -
