I just bought some #EarPods to replace some old damaged ones. Beautifully packaged as always but the product of noticeable lower quality. They look like they came inside a box of cereal. It’s sad seeing Apple forgetting what is really important.

Due to my father’s passing I had to cancel a flight. The support from British Airways during some of the toughest times in my life has been appalling. Almost two weeks (and several calls) to be refunded. I filed a complaint which got closed without advising me. Disappointed.
