Today we remember the ultimate sacrifice made by FLT Ed Walsh and FF Michael Kennedy when they lost their lives in the line of duty at a 9 alarm fire on Beacon St. in 2014. Two great guys who loved their job and families. God bless them and their families. Rest in peace brothers!

I Regret to announce the death of retired Boston Fire Commissioner / Chief of the Department Leo D. Stapleton. He rose thru the ranks and served the ⁦City of Boston⁩ from 1951-1991, he was a leader in firefighters safety. An author of several books . May he Rest In Peace

Several off duty Sherborn Firefighters spent the morning pickup up litter on Coolidge Street, Kendall Avenue and Speen Street today. This was part of the #SherbornPicksUp campaign.
