Savanna Cook makes it 3 for 3, qualifying for Friday Finals in the 200. H-L has at least one in Finals for all sprints and hurdles and doubles in two events!!

Not exactly what we wanted place wise in the SBC, two points would have moved us up two spots and made it look a lot better. A great performance by the Cook girls, who combined for 35 points! Now on to Districts and we’ll see how many can make it to Fostoria Regionals!

District track at Gibsonburg was suspended for the night after 2 running events. Several field events were completed and the Chieftians have 2 Regional qualifiers, Laura Cook came in 2nd in the shot put and Aiden Ewald won the discus. Both will throw next week at Fostoria.

What a Freshman Season for Savanna Cook!!! On the Regional Podium for Long Jump, 8th, and the 200, 6th. Now we wait for the Official list for At Large bids. Should be headed to State in the 200!!

My 40 year old daughter pacing the Heidelberg and Bluffton College Track teams in a two mile time trial. Finished her mile in 5:38, and daughter Emma ran a career best 12:24 two mile!!
