Chester Lions UK Anne Warner of Chester Lions Club presents a cheque for £42,000 to Kathy Kenney of The Countess of Chester Hospital. The money from the Lions Club will fund the nurses observation room at the new Neo-natal Unit being built at the Hospital.

Team YAC, our Young Adult Carers aged 14-18 years will be heading off for a day out to the York Christmas Markets thanks to a generous donation from Chester Lions UK. The trip to York will help them to learn how to use public transport, develop friendships & explore the city.

Lion Alan Webb from Chester Lions attended a Royal Reception at Buckingham Palace in February hosted by The Countess of Wessex Patron of British Lions Clubs to celebrate a ‘Century of Service’.
