Great to hear all about Emma Brooks work on co-designing online support for young parents with low mood. Takeaways include using language that young parents can relate to, e.g., feeling isolated or overwhelmed, rather than low, and support being delivered by peers

Brilliant keynote by @pollywaite focused on anxiety disorders in adolescents- including work on disorder specific cognitive processes and treatments

Brilliant to hear about Emily Davey’s low intensity intervention for children and adolescents with eating disorders to help address the unmet need for access to treatment in the UK

Really interesting keynote by Mark Hayward BABCP on the different interventions for individuals hearing distressing voices, including reflections on allowing clients to have brief exposure to the different interventions to help inform their treatment choice

Great talk by Anna Roach using qualitative methods to understand the barriers and facilitators to the implementation of drop in centres - highlighting the importance of buy-in from leadership and having appropriate infrastructure to promote sustainability
