BREAKING: We have learned via FOIA request that U-M started making payments to their injunction lawyers in 2022, months before the start of our strike. This shows that the university never bargained in good faith and never intended to avoid a strike.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of a concrete company that wanted to sue a union because a strike cost them money. The 8-1 decision means the company, Glacier Northwest Inc., can sue the union over a strike where truck drivers left wet concrete in their trucks.
