I normally love flying Delta. However I checked my bag and waited 45mins before baggage claim noticed they had it all along. And it was completely damaged and open. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

As a loyal customer of Chipotle I just had the worst experience. The staff was very rude, and unprofessional! After waiting forever for chicken, they still had the audacity to have an attitude not only with me but other customers as well!!
