What a great week at the AVCA convention. Couple Takeaways 1. We are gaining great momentum on TV & streaming. 2. We are at a crisis point in officiating. We (coaches, players, fans & parents) must start treating them w/ respect even when they make an error.

Many times we need to slow down to speed up. Slow down, be grateful for the moment and all the little things we take for granted. Slow down, read beneficial books/wisdom. Slow down, meditate. Slow down, be more mindful. All these things will actually speed up progress.
