TW death / neglect Another young woman with mental health problems has been found dead in a flat. She missed a mental health appointment. She had been dead for a year. Her last conversation was with ChatGPT. I fear this for so many of us.

Heartbreaking. How can we change this? Can we use therapists not in the NHS? Can we give people a budget so they can choose their therapist. That relationship is critical. I think a lot of therapists could help take the strain. I know I would stand up to help.
