Today's Soul Food Luncheon was superb! My heart and belly are full. Grisham MS is a special place and I'm fortunate to call this magical place home. Our Black History Assembly was amazing too but as I was one of the emcees I have no pics. Feast your eyes on our luncheon though!

Super job Ms. Speaks & Grisham MS for an amazing “Building Our History Together” Black History Program. Great performances by the Grizzly Band, Choir, Theater, & Orchestra. Inspirational words by Trinity Woods and J’Lan Mims highlighted the program. We’re Round Rock ISD proud!

Celebrating my birthday was totally different this year. No worries, with masks on and social distancing we found creative ways to have a blast. I choose to enrolled my small group in a Belly dancing class...we had a shimmering and shaking of a time. Please try it.

What's new in GMS Sewing Club this week? Well, we just finished a 30-minute unlined shoulder bag. This simple, cute, stylish bag comprised four colored bandanas. Our students were excited to be able to start and finish a project in 30-40 minutes (or less).
