If you are suddenly facing Christmas alone, I have tips. I LOVE Christmas alone so get on board. Food: What would you ideally like to eat if no-one could limit you or judge you? Nothing but pigs in blankets? Just cake? Pot Noodle? Get that! I’m having cheese and crackers.

PGRs aren't considered 'critical workers' yet there are no mechanisms for them to be furloughed and are not receiving adequate support from UK Research and Innovation. Without the labour of PGRs the UK's HE research sector collapses. Still, PGRs are not receiving the support they need. 1/3

Was great to get out on fieldwork and into the lab after a year stuck at home - even better that our findings were promising for the Leen!

What an amazing turn out for Nottingham's march for climate justice yesterday. Seeing hundreds of people showing up and marching for a common goal gave me a glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, the change we need is possible #ClimateJusticeNow #COP26

@ShearerWest we must express our profound disappointment that you have put the quality of our education at risk rather than giving staff a fair deal! THEIR WORKING CONDITIONS ARE OUR LEARNING CONDITIONS #WeAreUoN

Really glad to see University of Nottingham Students' Union are in solidarity with the upcoming University of Nottingham UCU branch strikes. The working conditions which university staff face are not sustainable. I will be emailing @ShearerWest to voice my solidarity with those striking.
