First SWR Help moved my train departure time forward, then London Northwestern Railway delay me nearly 20 minutes, making my tube connection from Euston to Waterloo a sweaty dash down & up escalators and via crowded tunnels. Both services full and standing. Not fit for purpose, gang.

Other major European cities have a 24/7 public transport network. We, as a very special treat, get an few hours extension from the usual Subway 10am to 6pm Sunday service. And they are stopping the night busses. Sake.

Indeed. There used to be only one "rule": "Be conscientious of those around you". Unfortunately people started struggling with that hence having to have dozens of don't do this/that/the others. It wasn't great before, but covid really accelerated the drop in social standards.
