2/10 Held on the International Day for Countering Hate Speech, the forum echoed the UN Secretary-General’s warning: “Hate speech is an alarm bell. The louder it rings, the greater the threat of genocide.” In Nairobi, that alarm was met with dialogue, urgency and shared resolve.
