Using Intuit QuickBooks UK for years but the new payroll which cannot send payslips or access previous records and other statutory requirements is absolutely bonkers. Inuit released payroll software with known bugs . Can anyone recommend an alternative provider that is better?

In a break from the current behaviour of trying to automate things Intuit QuickBooks are doing away with as much automation as they possibly can. P60s now have to be downloaded and sent manually by the operator rather than automatically by the system
BE WARNED - if you claim employers allowance for NIC when you start the new year Intuit QuickBooks will turn that OFF for you, if you do not notice that will cost you £10,500 a year - another prime example of Intuit QuickBooks failing to understand their market....
