Good to see Torsten Bell champion this and delighted to see new Govt moving forward quickly with tidal range. In my review, I highlighted the immense opportunities in Swansea but with 7 years of inaction since then, we now need to move forward with a range of lagoons to catch up.

Again Gavin Barwell absolutely right. Brazil’s electricity 90% clean. Kenya 90% clean. Solar in Africa growing 60% pa. Solar overall doubling every three-four years. Even oil rich countries in Gulf now investing massively in clean power.
Exactly right Iain Dale 🏴🇬🇧⚒️ Conservatives can’t get close to being in Government without winning seats back from Lib Dems. Not sure how the announcements so far will help with that.
