June is PTSD awareness month. I was diagnosed around 14yrs ago. I don't recognise myself at times and it totally altered my life. It affects so much in life and can be so so debilitating. Huge love and strength to those navigating life with it also 🤍

I needed out the house today, Kimbo told us all to go grab life, well this is what it looks like for me. A walk, not a long or far walk but I left the house on my own & went a walk I've never done myself. I sat under a tree in the rain and it was magic 💜.

First gym session with support worker ...nailed it mate 👍 Bus...still awful and cried like a baby when got home 🤣. But I done it and I'll do it again next week. Graded exposure has been bloody great for me, a bloody long wait but so glad I've got the support now.

My cat Archie just spent about 3 mins battering a leaf out on the decking then walked about 3 steps into the house and collapsed on the floor before climbing onto the chair. So dramatic . I bloody adore him. Crazy cat lady 💗
