Today is ‘Heads Up Hats On’ Friday in support of Hydrocephalus Week! Colleagues on Ward 5 have been wearing yellow all week and making hats, tiaras and accessories to raise awareness and show support for our babies, children and young people, and their families and care givers.

Yesterday saw our new multipurpose clinical simulation ward welcome it’s first set of Sheffield Hallam University College of Health, Wellbeing and Life Sciences students for a simulated ward management experience.

A fantastic way for our child nurse students to experience the new sim ward to aid in their learning! Thanks to all the sim team!
